Intro to Literary Magazine Editing and Publishing

This course is an introduction to the genre of literary magazines and literary magazine editing.  We will analyze the current literary magazine landscape, both in print and digital form, by studying the selected works within various publications. We will also discuss and engage in the craft of literary magazine publication by assisting Inscape editors in the marketing and promoting of the magazine. Students will also establish deadlines for Inscape and develop a rubric for assessing submissions.
